Welcome to Shiro No Judo Club. If you are looking for a fun Friendly, Family judo club in the Gravesham or Medway area's, then look no further. We are are part of the British Judo Association teaching Competitive and Non-competitive judo to all ages.
Judo is a great sport and can help people with Autism, Anxiety, A.D.H.D and other disabilities.
Come and train at our Judo/ Self-defence classes. If you have been a victim of bullying or physical abuse, Judo will help you gain confidence, get fit, make new friends and above all have fun whilst training.
Classes are available for all ages from 5 and upwards.
Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced judoka, you will always receive a friendly welcome.
We run successful active club's with a dedicated team of volunteers and fully qualified experienced Coaches.
So if you are thinking of starting judo for the first time or returning to Judo or just interested in visiting and training with us come along and give our clubs a try.

The date for the next event has now been announced and we can confirm that it is once again being held at the Greenacre Academy, the home of Walderslade Judo Club, and will take place on;

More details will be published as soon as we have them but once again we would like to see a great turn our from our own Orange Belts and below from the ages of 5 to 15.
This is a fantastic event and as it is being run at our home venue it would be great to have a good turn out from our own club members.
The event is designed for those new and relatively new to competition and open to all from the age of 5 to 15. Put the date in your diary now and keep an eye on the notice board for full details nearer the time.

Our instructors are British Judo Associtaiton Level 2 instructors Licenced to teach both competitive and Non competitve Judo to all ages.
They hold UKCC Level 2 Coaching certificates in Judo.
Our instructors and CWO are DBS enhanced checked for working and teaching children and vunerable persons.
Our members train in two dojo's (club's) in Kent Gravesend and Snoldand.

Each lesson is an all over workout and includes exercises that improve cardio vascular, endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility and co-ordination.
