As part of the British Judo Association we teach Competitive and Non-competitive judo to all ages.
Judo is a great sport and can help people with Autism, Anxiety, A.D.H.D and other disabilities.
Come and train at our Judo/ Self-defence classes.
If you have been a victim of bullying or physical abuse, Judo will help you gain confidence, get fit, make new friends and above all have fun whilst training.
Classes are available for all ages from 5 and upwards.
Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced judoka, you will always receive a friendly welcome.
We run successful active club's with a dedicated team of volunteers and fully qualified experienced Coaches.

Our instructors are British Judo Association Level 2 and level 1 instructors Licence to teach both competitive and Non competitive Judo to all ages.
They hold U.K.C.C Level 2 Coaching certificates in Judo.
Our instructors and C.W.O are First Aid trained and D.B.S enhanced checked for working and teaching children and vulnerable persons.

All Shiro No Judo Clubs coaches and volunteers have to complete D.B.S background checks. The coaches and Child Welfare Officers have attended the B.J.A/ N.S.P.C.C "Time to Listen" and "Long Term Development" Workshops.
